Can I Download Files Off the Web?

The hard drives on our gaming computers are locked down to prevent downloading to them, however we do allow downloading files to personal flash drives.  In order to minimize any potential lag for our gamers, we ask that you limit file downloading to times when there isn't much online gaming going on.

Can I Load My Own Games on the Chaos Gaming Rigs?

Unfortunately, the short answer is no*.

In order to comply with game publisher's user agreements and copyright policies, we need to not only own the games we put on our gaming rigs, but in most cases we also have to have a special licencing agreement in place with the publisher.  If there is a game that you would like to play at Chaos that we don't currently feature, please let us know what game it is and we will do our best to make it available!

* The exception to this is games on your personal Steam account. You can log into your personal Steam account from any computer on our gaming network and access your entire personal catalog of Steam titles.

Can I Use Ventrilo or Team Speak at Chaos?

Absolutely!  All of our gaming systems are fully loaded with both Ventrilo and Team Speak.  We also have all of our gaming rigs loaded with Xfire as well.

Do You Support the ESRB Game Rating System?

Yes!  Chaos Gaming Center is proud to be a family-friendly and responsible member of our community.  As such, we firmly support the video game industry's standard ESRB game rating system.  Our computer systems at Chaos will not allow anyone to launch a game that he or she is too young to play, keeping our center a safe gaming environment for all kids and adults of all ages.  For more information on the ESRB ratings, click here.
